Talking it through...
We will help you talk about your problems freely in
a confidential space during weekly sessions using psychodynamic
therapy, a form of counselling that works with the relationship
between therapist and client - we will establish links with your
present or
past situations.
You will be encouraged to reflect on what is on your mind, feelings, thoughts, memories, fears and dreams. As the relationship with the counsellor develops you may discover more appropriate ways
of coping with problems and feelings.
